WBFC #5: Email Subscription

Happy weekends!!! Whats good about it? Well, to start with, I could spend my full days uninterrupted with my kids. ( blogging is the only interruption lol). Secondly, its the weekly meme called Weekend Blog Follower Caravan organized by the Pinay Mommy Bloggers through the leadership of the blogging queen - Mommy Rubz.

Weekend Blog Follower Caravan is a simple online blogger-helping-blogger weekly meme. It was designed for bloggers to help each other in terms of blog followers either through Google Friend Connect and email subscribers.

Another Jollibee Party

The moment Francis opens his eyes in the morning and at night, his topic is always about his 7th birthday.  He kept on asking me where are the Invitation cards, and my excel file where I listed the attendees, the approx cost for cake, giveaways, prizes and food..

I must admit that I dont spend so much time for his birthday yet, but I guess I need to soon. I booked Jollibee and paid the downpayment already. Now I need to book for cake, giveaways and prizes.

Dance Ala-Michael Jackson: Project 24/365

While we were waiting for our turn at Nido Fortified Discovery Center in Mall of Asia, Christoph went up the stairs and called my name and showed me his ala- Michael Jackson stint! Love it boy! Good enough I was holding a camera so I got it just right in time but its kind of blurry.

Packing Christmas Decors for 2011 Project 23/365

Mid of January, I started to clean up the house of unusual stuff at the same time packing the Christmas decors. As usual, Alexa was present to help out worsen the mess. lol.. She was getting stuff from the box, played with it and then dropped off like a hot potato.. scared me to death!! lol

It was kind of late in cleaning up the house for Christmas decors but its my only time to do such things though our house helper already asked me whether they could put it in the box. I prefer to do it my way to protect my christmas village. :)

2011 Project 21/365: Hair Wig

You might thought that Alexa has a natural curly hair. But no, its just a hair clip accessorized by a plastic hair wig. I love her in this wig as she looks prettier in it. Oftentimes, I wonder what if I will send her to a salon to have her hair fix, to have a natural curly effect. But at the end of the day, I still say NO. She is too young for that.

But its nice to have a wig. I would probably look better with curly hair. What do you think?

2011 Project 20/365: Fish Pond Makeover

We were alarmed early this week as 3 fishes died of I dont know why. We thought its the water so we immediately cleaned up the pond, brushed all the dirty stuff and replaced with water.

I was happy looking at Kuya Francis and Daddy doing the work. Daddy was pulling the lock to let the water flow from the pond to the canal while Francis was holding the flash flight for daddy to see what he was doing. And me? Yes I helped too! I took the camera to photographed the died fish and them while working. I love my work!

So far, the pond with approximately 50 fishes (mostly koi) are doing okay but I need to make a few purchases, a bigger erator, install some lights and a hose to activate the water falls effect.

Kids Bedroom Makeover

Hubby went out last night to attend a birthday party of a another gun club member. I was so tired from work that the moment I arrived home, I requested for my dinner in the room and texted Marissa from Hello Massage to come at 8:00 PM. After I took a shower, I was in the bed lying down while watching TV Patrol.

Then I noticed that the paint of the walls are already getting pale and of course dirty. There are so many writings on the walls, writings of different strokes. Obviously I know who the culprit is or are oh what? All of them?

Oh well, whoever did it, will get a big spanking in the butt!!! Lol.. But kidding aside, yes I want a makeover. Probably a new paint or just a wall art will do the trick. Paint will surely cost more than stickers, of course stickers are free of charge as I can just get in the warehouse. So what do you think? Think think think.. such a difficult decision to make.. lol

Okay final decision, I need a new wall art design for the kids wall. At the moment, its decorated by different shapes in 3 colors: light pink, mint green and light blue like the color combination as shown in the photo taken from the net.

Another alternative is to mount stickers in this format.  Do you like it? Maybe use a different color combination although Christoph will surely love this as red is his favorite color. But what about Francis for blue and Alexa for pink. I also need to consider their favorites.

Next alternative is something like this. I think it looks fabulous! I love this!

Or a similar concept such as this. Again, made of stickers and directly mounted on the wall. Its removable, transferable and has no residue on the wall.

I will make a few more rounds, more research and once I found the most suitable concept, I will be posting it here.  Hey, if you know a good design of whatever purpose, leave a comment here and will get back to you.

2011 Project 19/365: New Haircut

The boys went to Kirn, a parlor infront of RFC Molino, to have their hair done. Most of the hairdressers there are gay, but good enough that they were assigned to an old man/gay ?! (maybe). The haircut is relatively cheap at Php 39.95 per head plus tip.

The boys looked so clean and neat in their new haircut.

2011 Project 16/365: Beautiful Garden

This photo is taken at the garden of Uncle C's parents in Bochum, Germany.
I can only admire that amidst their old age, they can still manage to make their garden stand out.

The garden is fully decorated with green and flowery plants, unfortunately I dont know the name of this flower.

2011 Project 14/365: Party Clown

Alexa celebrated her 2nd birthday last December. For 2 years in a row, we got party clown to host the party and the games, its cheaper compared to other host in the party world nowadays.

The party was held outside the warehouse with our employees kids. In the photo, we were graced by the Party People Inc. Vice President and Treasurer and of course the party clown.

2011 Project 11/365: First Flight

Just to document the first flight of Alexa and her yaya, Ate Beng, so I am posting it here as an entry for Project 365. The trip was both their firsts.. so both of them were kind of scared.   The trip back and forthe was  relatively stable, no turbulence but Alexa was so uneasy with occassional crying moments.

2011 Project 10/365: Daddy's Mini-Me

One of the best moments of hubby with his mini-me. As you can see, its a complete carbon copy of his daddy. He looks like Daddy but he is a mama's boy.

2011 Project 9/365: Island of Cebu

On one of our trips in Negros, we dropped by the sea to see the island infront of Sibulan, Negros. That is the island of Cebu, you can take a big boat (lansa in our dialect) from here. It is such a short distance and yet we werent able to cross Cebu.

I hope by next year we could do this so we can visit my Tita in Cebu.

While we were looking at the island, the boys were again playing in the sand until they got wet.

2011 Project 8/365: Ace's New Haircut

Meet our cousin, Ace, a handsome little boy with a unique haircut. He is such a cute boy who loves to watch Spongebob.  He likes  to have a Barbie doll and wants to be a mermaid. lol. He loves borrowing Alexa's sandals.

2011 Project 7/365: Scary Pose

This is a long overdue post, but I still want to post to document the scary, crazy actions of my two little rascals.

Taken while we were buying groceries at Puregold, Bacoor. They had a halloween decor in yellow motiff which fits for a Mellow Yellow Monday post. The boys happily showed me their superhero talents. lol

2011 Project 6/365: Close Buddies

While we were in the car, I had the privilege of taking  a picture to 2 wonderful kiddos, my own kids! lol. of course I love my own!

Christoph and Alexa in tandem! Such a good sight looking at them!
