Thumbsuck - Good or Bad?

I have the same question. Is it good or bad? I don't like looking at it but I find it difficult to control my daughter. I must admit one of her tooth is not aligned anymore.

I hope this habit will fade off as time goes by. She will go to next school year and I'm sure she will control it while in school and eventually forever.

Strange Look

I was busy texting Daddy when Popoy asked me to take a photo of him. I thought he will again show his wacky post or strike a pose but instead gave me a strange look!

Thats my Popoy!! So lovable and so huggable!!

Yummy Choco

Chocolate Fountain Not Working

Nathan, our cousin, will turn 1 year old on March 19 but the celebration will be on March 18 together with his baptism to save on the cost. Its practical to celebrate it in one go just like for Christoph.

Tita Baeng asked Mommy if she can borrow the chocolate fountain used in Alexa's first birthday. Mommy looked for it today in the cupboards and found it fully wrapped with plastics.

Anyway, as we have old chocolate bars, mommy cooked mixed with fresh milk, oil and others. After all the preparation, we were shocked as the chocolate fountain doesn't work anymore. And so, instead of being sad, we ate it using our fingers..

Look at Alexa!! She loves it so much! Kept on shouting in joy - yummy!!

It says:

Our neighbor is selling ice candy for P5.00 each and to please the kids who kept on asking me for my loose change, I asked Ate to make ice candy but didn't realized that they will try to sell it.

Need To Know Networking Advice For Women

Many times, we find ourselves in situations when we badly need someone’s help or assistance on something very important. For instance, have you been in a situation when you needed to contact an individual and you don’t know how? Do you know that in such situations, had you been aware what networking is, you could have easily used your network to solve your problem on how to get in touch with the person?

What Is A Network?
A network consists of people you know who can either help you directly or lead you to someone else or to more information.

Networking Described
Networking is formally described as follows: It’s all about creating and making contacts; sharing information and ideas; discovering and creating potentials and possibilities; and the most important of all - seizing opportunities through the network.

How Can Networking Help Women?
Taking the definition of network and networking in mind, we realize that there’s so much that networking can do to help people in need.

Here’s a good example of how networking can help women in particular:

Are you looking for a job? Are you looking for a business opportunity? Women can take advantage of networking to find suitable employment or use it to explore business opportunities.

How can networking help? The answer is very simple.

Let’s just say that you are looking for an employment opportunity as a secretary. At the moment, your best source of job vacancy information is through newspaper ads or postings in employment resource centers. Surely, most applicants will have viewed those postings and have applied for the positions. This makes the competition very stiff and your chances of getting hired very slim.

Now let me ask you these questions, and I’d like to ask you to answer them honestly:
o        How many friends do you have?
o        How many of these your friends are in the position to hire you?
o        How many of these your friends know anybody who can possibly hire you?
o        How many of these your friends know anybody who can recommend you to their friends who might need a secretary?

Do you know that by identifying your network, you can increase the likelihood of you finding employment with the help of your friends who are in your network? This is true. Moreover, a recommendation from a friend or an acquaintance is given weight when it comes to considering someone for a position. Remember the need to provide would-be employers character references? If you are a good and honest person, your friends will not hesitate to recommend you to their network of friends and associates.

Networking Advice for Women
o        Make a list of your friends;
o        Be sure you have their contact numbers such as mobile phone, home phones, and email addresses;
o        Talk to your friends and tell them about your need;
o        ask for their help and/or recommendation – if they know anybody who may have a need for your services;
o        Keep your list updated;
o        Be true and honest in your dealings with people.

Following these advice will help build your credibility and with that, people will welcome you in their network as well.

Just Before Sleeping

Before we hit the sack, me and my little me always have our me-time. We play, talk, take pictures and just hug hug.

Now while she is checking her feet, I took a photo of her but she looked at me and said "hey mommy!!"

School Project: Marry You Lyrics By Bruno Mars

Francis requested me to print the lyrics for Marry You by Bruno Mars. I asked him for what reason - he said that's my favorite love song.

So here's the lyrics son: Song it for us. Will you?

It’s a beautiful night,
We’re looking for something dumb to do.
Hey baby,
I think I wanna marry you.

Is it the look in your eyes,
Or is it this dancing juice?
Who cares baby,
I think I wanna marry you.

Well I know this little chapel on the boulevard we can go,
No one will know,
Come on girl.
Who cares if we’re trashed got a pocket full of cash we can blow,
Shots of patron,
And it’s on girl.

Don’t say no, no, no, no-no;
Just say yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah;
And we’ll go, go, go, go-go.
If you’re ready, like I’m ready.

Cause it’s a beautiful night,
We’re looking for something dumb to do.
Hey baby,
I think I wanna marry you.

Is it the look in your eyes,
Or is it this dancing juice?
Who cares baby,
I think I wanna marry you.

I’ll go get a ring let the choir bells sing like oooh,
So whatcha wanna do?
Let’s just run girl.
If we wake up and you wanna break up that’s cool.
No, I won’t blame you;
It was fun girl.

Don’t say no, no, no, no-no;
Just say yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah;
And we’ll go, go, go, go-go.
If you’re ready, like I’m ready.

Cause it’s a beautiful night,
We’re looking for something dumb to do.
Hey baby,
I think I wanna marry you.

Is it the look in your eyes,
Or is it this dancing juice?
Who cares baby,
I think I wanna marry you.

Just say I do,
Tell me right now baby,
Tell me right now baby. x2

Cause it’s a beautiful night,
We’re looking for something dumb to do.
Hey baby,
I think I wanna marry you.

Is it the look in your eyes,
Or is it this dancing juice?
Who cares baby,
I think I wanna marry you.

Savings When You Most Need It

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

What stage in life would be the most stressful and immediate when medical attention is called for? Kid stage. Is it not? Adults can and normally do take the idea aside when something medical has to be spent for unless it is a real emergency and the people around, the loved ones, insist, despite the idea being rejected by the patient or victim. This usually happens when finances are limited. When the one suffering is a child, though, the adults, especially the parents, will do everything to get that child immediate medical care, even if it means going for a loan with preposterous interest.

It is a wise decision, then, to be ready when needed, at the lowest possible cost. Walgreens Prescription Savings Club can help in that matter. It is now offering special discount that your whole family can benefit from. For only $35 a year your whole family (you, your spouse, dependents 22 and under) and even pets can have the proper medication at a much lower cost. Even if you are applying for an individual like yourself, you only have to spend $20 a year.

You get to enjoy savings on more than 8000 brands and all generic medications including that for flu shots, diabetic supplies, nebulizers and pet prescriptions. You even get bonuses for photo finishing services.

Get in touch with Walgreens, like its Walgreens on Facebook  page and follow on Walgreens on Twitter.

Kid's Day Out In Robinson Dumaguete

One day before our departure from our short vacation in Dumaguete, we treated the kids to a day full of fun at Robinsons Dumaguete.

We started at Worlds of Fun. The kids were busy playing games with tokens while daddy and mommy were playing using the one peso coin.

Alexa on the basketball :

Alexa can't get enough of playing basketball, she then later moved to this Rockingbus. Her cousin Ace and brother Popoy later followed.

Then another round at the car racing game:

We spent around Php 300 on tokens and maybe Php 300.00 also for the one peso coins. We had a blast!
